MoFitt is a training PHENOM! Mo is both a wonderful trainer & human being. As a former athlete, Mo's great at mixing things up using full-body workouts with weights, bands, bodyweight — basically any equipment in the space. The workouts are fantastic, the results solid: my strength & flexibility are on the rise, my weight is on the decline. I started working with Mo at NYSC in 2019. Before COVID, he'd gotten me so strong and to my leanest in years — I could deadlift 165 lbs for several reps! Mo always adapted to my needs, even working around shoulder and hip surgery. As a lifelong athlete, he's always pushed me to exciting new PRs with his encouraging, fun and charismatic style.
I've been training with Mo since January 2020. Since training with him I've been consistently working out 2-3 times a week, developing strength in my arms I never knew possible and ramped up my endurance where I can now do moderate/hard hikes up to 6.5 miles. Mo always listens to my needs and tailors sessions around what would be most helpful. Highly recommend!
