BUILD THE
FOUNDATION
EARLY.

Your teenager doesn't need a drill sergeant. They need a coach who listens, adapts, and makes them actually want to show up. Mo has been that coach for over a decade.

The Approach

Training Built for
a Developing Body.

Teen bodies aren't just smaller adult bodies. Mo builds programs that respect where your child is developmentally — building strength, coordination, and habits that last a lifetime.

🏃
Athletic Foundation
Speed, agility, coordination, and sport-specific strength — built correctly from the start so skills compound over time, not break down.
🧍
Posture & Movement
Hours at a desk and on phones take a toll early. Mo corrects imbalances before they become chronic problems, building a strong, pain-free foundation.
💪
Confidence & Discipline
The mental gains matter as much as the physical. Teens leave sessions feeling capable, confident, and with a sense of accountability they carry into school and life.

"Incredible coach. My 13-year-old son loves working with Mo and looks forward to the sessions. Mo is patient and has the right balance of calm, experience, and motivation."

Who This Is For

Your Teen Will Thrive Here If...

They Play a Sport

Mo builds sport-specific programs that improve performance, prevent injury, and give young athletes the edge going into tryouts and seasons.

They're New to Fitness

No experience needed. Mo is known for his patience and ability to meet young clients exactly where they are — making fitness feel approachable, not intimidating.

They Need Structure

Teens thrive with accountability. Mo's check-in system keeps them consistent between sessions — building habits that extend beyond the gym.

They've Had Injuries

Mo's knowledge of anatomy and movement means he can train safely around limitations — building strength without aggravating existing issues.

Common Questions

Parents Ask Mo.

What age does Mo train?
Mo trains youth clients from age 12 through 18. Each program is built to match the client's developmental stage — never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Is weight training safe for teenagers?
Yes — when done correctly. Mo prioritizes proper form, appropriate loading, and movement quality before anything else. Youth strength training has been shown to improve bone density, coordination, and injury prevention when properly coached.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can be in-home, at Boss NYC in Manhattan, or at Ferox Fit in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Mo will recommend the best setup based on your teen's goals and your schedule.
Can parents attend the session?
Absolutely. Mo welcomes parental involvement, especially early on. Many parents find it motivating to train alongside their teen — couples and parent-child sessions are available.
