Post-Injury Clients Ask Mo.

Do I need a doctor's clearance before starting?
For post-surgery or acute injury clients, Mo requires medical clearance before beginning training. For chronic pain and general limitations, an assessment is done first to understand what's safe to work with.
Will I be able to keep up with the sessions?
Absolutely. Mo sets the pace entirely around your current ability. Sessions are progressive — meaning they start where you are and build gradually. You'll never be pushed into something your body isn't ready for.
Can Mo communicate with my physical therapist or doctor?
Yes. Mo welcomes collaboration with your medical team. Sharing notes and aligning programming with your PT or doctor's guidance leads to better outcomes and safer progression.
Where do sessions take place?
In-home sessions are available across Manhattan and Brooklyn — ideal if mobility makes commuting difficult. Private facility training at Boss NYC or Ferox Fit is also available once you're ready for it.
